Dear brother,

We have been deeply saddened by the news of a stampede during Hajj pilgrimage, in which a large number of pilgrims were killed and injured.

On my own behalf and on behalf of the people of Azerbaijan, I extend my deep condolences to you, families and loved ones of those who died, and wish those injured recovery.

May Allah rest the souls of those who died in peace!
