1. To approve the “Agreement on cooperation in fighting the illegal circulation of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances and their precursors between the Ministry of National Security of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Federal Service of the Russian Federation for Control over the Circulation of Narcotics” signed in Baku on 13 January 2011.

2. To task the Ministry of National Security of the Republic of Azerbaijan with ensuring the implementation of the Agreement mentioned in Clause 1 of the present Order.

3. To task the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan with notifying the Russian Federation of the implementation of domestic procedures required for the Agreement mentioned in Clause 1 of the present Order to become effective.
