President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has received Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the State of Israel to Azerbaijan Rafael Harfaz who is completing his diplomatic mission in the country.

Praising Rafael Harfaz`s contribution to the development of Azerbaijani-Israeli relations during his tenure, the head of state wished him success in his future activities.

The Ambassador thanked President Ilham Aliyev, saying Azerbaijan will be etched on his mind.

They discussed various aspects of Azerbaijani-Israeli ties, and exchanged views over prospects for the bilateral relations.
