1. To approve the “Memorandum on cooperation between the State Committee on Property Issues of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Agency on Privatization and post-Privatization Control of the Republic of Bulgaria” signed in Baku on 23 September 2010.

2. To instruct the State Committee on Property Issues of the Republic of Azerbaijan to ensure implementation of the Memorandum referred to in Clause 1 of the present Resolution.

3. To instruct the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan to notify the Bulgarian party of the implementation of the necessary domestic procedures for the entry into force of the Memorandum referred to in Clause 1 of the present Resolution.
