1."The agreement on trade, economic, scientific, technical and cultural cooperation between the government of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the government of the Republic of Iraq" signed in Baku on 10 November 2010 shall be approved.

2.The Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan shall:

2.1.Submit its proposals on the composition of the Joint Commission, envisaged in Article 9 of the agreement indicated in Point 1 of this decree, representing the Republic of Azerbaijan to the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan within one month;

2.2.Take necessary measures to implement the agreement indicated in Point 1 of this decree;

3.The Foreign Ministry of the Republic of Azerbaijan is tasked with notifying the government of the Republic of Iraq about necessary internal state procedures for the agreement indicated in Point 1 of this decree to come into force.
