1. To approve the following documents signed between the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Republic of Uzbekistan in Tashkent on 27 September 2010:

1.1. The Protocol on interaction between the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the 2010-2012 period;
1.2. The Program on Cooperation between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the 2010-2012 period;
1.3. The Agreement on mutual recognition of aviation personnel certificates between the State Civil Aviation Administration of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the State Inspection on Control over Flight Safety of the Republic of Uzbekistan (State Aviation Control);
1.4. The Agreement on cooperation and legal aid between the Prosecutor-General’s Office of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Prosecutor-General’s Office of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
1.5. The Agreement on Cooperation between the “Azerbaijan Television and Radio Programs” Closed Joint-Stock Company and the Uzbekistan National Television and Radio Company;
1.6. The Agreement on cooperation between the Institute of Architecture and Arts of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences and the Uzbekistan Academy of Arts.

2. To instruct the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan to take necessary measures to execute the documents referred to in Clauses 1.1-1.6 of the present Resolution.

3. To instruct the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan to notify the Uzbekistan party of the implementation of the necessary domestic procedures for the entry into force of the documents referred to in Clauses 1.1-1.6 of the present Resolution.
