1."The Resolution on organizations of veterans of member states of the Commonwealth of Independent States" signed in Chisinau on 9 October 2009 shall be approved.

2.The Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic is tasked with taking necessary measures to implement the Resolution indicated in Point 1 of this decree.

3.The Foreign Ministry of the Azerbaijan Republic is tasked with notifying the Executive Committee of the Commonwealth of Independent States about the implementation of internal state procedures required for the Resolution indicated in Point 1 of this decree to come into force.
