President Ilham Aliyev has received former President of the Republic of Latvia Valdis Zatlers.

During the meeting, the sides noted that bilateral relations between Azerbaijan and Latvia were developing successfully. The parties hailed the role of the 4th Baku International Humanitarian Forum in expanding dialogue among nations and cultures.
