On the occasion of the Independence Day of the Republic of Azerbaijan, it is my great pleasure to extend to you my sincere felicitations and best wishes for the further progress of your country.

I truly believe in the further development and strengthening of the strategic relations and cooperation between the Republic of Serbia and the Republic of Azerbaijan, based on the friendship between our peoples and the mutual interest for the progress and stability of our countries.

I would like to express my gratitude once again for the consistent support of the friendly Republic of Azerbaijan to the efforts of the Republic of Serbia to preserve its territorial integrity and sovereignty.
