President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev received former President of the Republic of Estonia Arnold Ruutel.

Former President of the Republic of Estonia Arnold Ruutel hailed Azerbaijan`s achievements as phenomenal amid the financial and economic crisis that hit the world.

The parties expressed satisfaction with development of the bilateral relations, and noted the importance of the 2nd Global Shared Societies Forum to be held in Baku in terms of exchanging views over regional and international cooperation.
