President Ilham Aliyev laid flowers at the monument to national leader Heydar Aliyev erected in the city center of Nakhchivan.

The Chairman of the Supreme Majlis of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic Vasif Talibov informed the Head of state on the improvement and reconstruction works carried out around the monument.
