President Ilham Aliyev left for Lisbon, Portugal, to attend the NATO Summit.

At the Heydar Aliyev International Airport, the Azerbaijani President was seen off by Prime Minister Artur Rasizade, Chief of the Administration of the President Ramiz Mehdiyev, and Baku Mayor Hajibala Abutalybov.
