Dear Mr. Chairman,

I have been deeply saddened by the news of numerous casualties in the aftermath of a terrorist attack in the city of Kunming.

We are extremely angered by the bloody event, strongly condemn all acts of terrorism and support the global fight against this evil.

In connection with this tragedy I would like to express my deepest condolences to you, the families and friends of the victims and all the people of China on my own behalf and on behalf of the people of Azerbaijan, and wish a speedy recovery to the wounded.
