President Ilham Aliyev has visited the Monument to the Unknown Soldier in Kiev.

The Guard of Honour lined up in front of the monument in honour of the head of state.

President Ilham Aliyev laid a wreath in front of the Eternal Fire. He commemorated fighters killed in the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945.

The national anthems of Azerbaijan and Ukraine were played.
