President Ilham Aliyev has gone to Ukraine on an official visit.

At Heydar Aliyev International Airport, the head of state was seen off by the head of the Presidential Administration, Ramiz Mehdiyev, and the head of the Baku City Executive Authorities, Hajibala Abutalibov.
