Ilham Aliyev had a meeting with Special Envoy of the US Secretary of State Richard Morningstar
President Ilham Aliyev met with the Special Envoy of the United States Secretary of State for Eurasian Energy Richard Morningstar. Energy cooperation between Azerbaijan and the United States and issues on regulation of the Armenia-Azerbaijan, Nagorno-Karabakh conflict were discussed during the meeting. US Assistant Secretary of State for European and Eurasian Affairs Philip Gordon was also present at the meeting.
